Searching for Kelley siblings | |

| Description: | I am trying to find what has happened to my great-grandfather's siblings. His name was Bernard (aka Barney) Kelley born April 1839 in Chipman, New Brunswick, Canada. His parents were Bernard Kelley and Sarah Russell. Through the records of the Roman Catholic Diocese in St. John, I have been able to find all the family names but cannot determine what happened to some of his siblings. The ones who seem to disappear are James Kelley (born Nov 7, 1835), John Kelley (born Aug 11 1837), Mathew (or Matthew) Kelley (born 1842), Mary Kelley (born 1845), Bridget Kelley (born 1853), and Francis Kelley (born 1856). All were born in Chipman, New Brunswick and baptized at St. Malachy's Church in St. John. I also have them listed in the Chipman census of 1871 (Sarah had died by then). Unfortunately the next census for Chipman is missing. I would like get information on locations and families for these siblings. It would help me to be try to trace living relatives. |
